Movement is everything. Life is not what happens in the dimension of words.
It's what happens at the level of facts, and of senses.
Movement is life, and life is a process... refining that process, increasing its quality, means improving one's life.
But movement is also exposure, change, improvisation, risk... and in the midst of all that "chaos" it's possible and advisable to keep calm inside. Stop letting yourself be controlled by your thoughts and simply enjoy the fluidity of your movement, let yourself be cradled by it, use it to relax your mind.
